1. Phấn hoa mật ong là gì ? 

Phấn hoa ong có dạng hạt, gồm hàng triệu tế bào sinh sản của giống đực loài hoa được ong thợ dùng mật và nước viên lại. Đây là nguồn thức ăn chủ đạo nuôi sống từ ong non cho tới ong thợ. Do đó, phấn hoa mật ong có lượng dinh dưỡng rất cao, thậm chí còn hơn của trứng, sữa..

2. Thành phần phấn hoa mật ong

Trong phấn hoa có chứa rất nhiều thành phần phức tạp có chứa 12 đến 20% nước. Từ 20 đến 25% protein và 13% acid amin, 25 đến 48% carbon hydrat cùng với 1 dến 20% lipid, 20 các loại khoáng chất khác nhau như k, Na, Ca, P, Mg, S, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, Ni, Ti, Si, Cl  và 11 loại vitamin như B1, B2, B3, B6, C, A, D, E, P, K. Ngoài ra, trong phấn hoa ong còn chứa nhiều loại men và hoạt chất sinh học có lợi.

3. Công dụng của phấn hoa mật ong.

Theo y học cổ truyền, phấn hoa có công dụng bổ cường tráng, ích khí dưỡng huyết, bổ thận điều tinh. Phấn hoa ong thường sử dụng cho những trường hợp mệt mỏi rã rời, bồn chồn bực bội, hoa mắt chóng mặt, mất ngủ, hay quên, ăn kém, suy giảm tình dục, đau lưng mỏi gối, và các bệnh về liệt dương di tinh, xuất tinh sớm… Nếu như dùng phấn hoa mật ong lâu ngày thì bạn có cơ thể khỏe mạnh, nhẹ nhàng, khí lực sung mãn và trẻ lâu.

– Cách dùng thông thường của phấn hoa là ăn trực tiếp. Ngoài ra, có thể trộn với mật ong để ăn, pha với nước  ấm để uống hoặc ngâm rượu… Ngày nên sử dụng khoảng 2-3 thìa cafe với người lớn, và 1/2 với trẻ em trên 2 tuổi.

Nếu dùng phấn hoa ong đều đặn vài ngày bạn sẽ nhận thấy tác dụng khá rõ rệt của nó. Ban đầu là kích thích dịch vị, giúp bạn ăn cơm ngon hơn.

– Tuy nhiên, không phải vì phấn hoa ong tốt mà lại lạm dụng quá nhiều. Thời tiết nóng ăn nhiều phấn hoa có thể gây nóng trong. Với người có tiền sử dị ứng với hoa, hoặc quá mẫn cảm thì tuyệt đối không nên dùng.

* Lưu ý về cách bảo quản phấn hoa tốt nhất.

Phấn hoa cần bảo quản thật khô ráo, tránh ánh nắng chiếu trực tiếp. Nếu bị ẩm, chất lượng phấn hoa sẽ bị giảm dần dẫn đến mất hết công dụng. Phấn hoa ong cần được bảo quản trong lọ hoặc túi kín, để ở nơi thoáng mát.

– Ngăn mát của tủ lạnh là nơi bảo quản lọ phấn hoa tốt nhất.

– Ngoài ra, bạn có thẻ ngâm phấn hoa với mật ong theo tỷ lệ 2:1 để dùng dần. Hoặc ngâm phấn hoa ong với rượu để uống.
